Hourcove is planned as a Harvest alternative for agencies that have outgrown it and don't want to start over. It isn't built yet. Harvest lists approvals and profitability reporting on Enterprise only. Hourcove will read your Harvest account, keep billed time billed and compare totals before you switch.
