Toggl Track alternative: Hourcove (early access)
Hourcove is planned as a Toggl Track alternative for agencies leaving Harvest. It isn't built yet. Toggl's pricing page lists CSV import but doesn't name Harvest or invoicing. Hourcove will read your Harvest account, keep billed time billed and prepare invoices from approved time.
