Changes
Time tracking and weekly approvals
Track time with a timer, a day view or a weekly grid, submit the week, and have a manager approve it or send it back. Approved weeks lock.
Invoices and expenses
Build an invoice from a client's unbilled billable time and expenses, with a PDF and email, and record payments against it. Expenses can carry a photo or PDF of the receipt.
Reports, the Harvest move and exports
See project margins, budget burn and utilization, and move your Harvest history step by step with a reconciliation at the end (in early access). Export the whole workspace as JSON or each list as CSV.
Connect Harvest
Sign in to Harvest from the Connections screen so Hourcove can read your account. Disconnecting deletes Hourcove's tokens at once.

What has changed in Hourcove recently?
Hourcove launched at the end of October 2026. Harvest sign-in arrived on October 30, followed on October 31 by time tracking with weekly approvals, invoices and expenses, profitability reports, the guided move from Harvest and full data exports. Card payments for invoices are built and not switched on yet.
